Perceptions of gender relations among young metallurgical women from ABC Paulista
The occupational trajectory's construction process from young female metallurgists graduated at SENAI Volkswagen, from a gender interaction perspective enroll itself in a theoretical movement inside the social sciences mainly targeting the social actions understanding of those women at the factory space, transforming the solid experience of five young females metallurgists of the automotive industry in historical files indicating historical changes in the social reproduction process of this professional category. The social dynamics of occupational trajectory's of young female metallurgists graduated at Technical Formation Center SENAI/Volkswagen is smudgy by social practices demonstrating the historical persistence from gender oppression practices, resultant phenomenon from the gender social relationship at the factory space, constituted and constituents of asymmetric and unequal power relations at the factory space, in such a way that the obtained academic technical graduation, the salary and labor achievements throughout the last few decade, linked to the historical ABC Metallurgic Union battles (SMABC) was not enough to soften the gender oppression's perverse effects focused over the solid experience of this workers.
