O Curso de extensão em inglês Global Governance and the Role of Cities, coordenado pelo Prof. Gilberto M. A. Rodrigues, coordenador do PPG-PRI, promovido no âmbito da PROEC com apoio da ARI, está com inscrições abertas até 17.04.22. O Curso é fruto de uma parceria com a Universidade de Tubingen, Alemanha. GLOBAL GOVERNANCE AND THE ROLE OF CITIES is a free online course that will be held from April 25th to July 25th, 2022. The number of openings for the course is limited and applications will be received until April 17th.

The course will be offered on Mondays, 13h00-14h45 (São Paulo Time) and 18h00-19h45 (Tübingen Time).

Coordinated by Prof. Dr. Gilberto M. A. Rodrigues (UFABC) and Dr. Glaucia Peres da Silva (University of Tübingen) with invited scholars: Prof. Dr. Saskia Sassen (Columbia University), Prof. Dr. Felipe González Morales (UN Rapporteur, Human Rights of Migrants), Alberto Kleiman (PAHO, Washington, DC), Prof. Dr. Klaus Frey (UFABC), among others.

This is an initiative promoted by the Universidade Federal do ABC (Federal University of ABC) and its Vice-Provost for Outreach, with the support of the International Affairs Office as a part of the partnership with the University of Tuebingen, Germany.

Participants of both universities will share the same virtual room, but certificates will be issued separately by each of the partner institutions for those who complete the course.
