Professionalization and Socio-education: work as a criterion for closing the socio-educational measure in an open environment.
This research intends to realize a study based on Especial Protection of Social Assistance Policy workers’ perceptions, relative to non-recognition of adolescents’ informal labour in compliance with social-educational measure as a criteria for process’ closing, by Judiciary. It’ll debate, thus, the content of the right to professionalization and the insertion in the labour market, foreseen in article 119, item III, of Child and Adolescent Statute, as well as, still, the legal parameters that involve the need of professionalization in detriment of the eminently socio-educational character of conduct reprimand that marks the measure context, based on professionals percpetions whom work at Municipal Socio-Educational Attendance System.
