THE USE OF TDICs AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIO-EMOTIONAL SKILLS IN ELEMENTARY EDUCATION I AND II IN THE CONTEXT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
In 2018, the Ministry of Education implemented the new BNCC (Common National Curriculum Base) in public and private elementary schools I and II. The new BNCC foresees the urgent task of implementing tasks and activities focused on developing students' socio-emotional skills, making them more confident, self-aware and skilled in inter and intrapersonal relationships. The aim of this work is to investigate whether the use of TDICs (Digital Information and Communication Technologies) in pedagogical activities help the development of students' socio-emotional skills in their daily lives. With structured open interviews and qualitative analysis of data collected in private and public-private schools, we seek to describe the user experience and emotions of elementary school students I and II when using media technology tools in learning at the time of the pandemic Covid-19. It is also explored through design thinking tools, improvements in the formats of digital tools presented so far in the area of education.
