SUMMARY:

This project offers research focused on social innovation, data and scientific dissemination with the use of social learning networks and open educational resources. The study starts from the historical contextualization of the technologies used in order to understand how literacy and data analysis can contribute towards social innovation in the context of open online education in an environment of sharing knowledge and new learnings. All the work is being carried out through the Digital Plural platform in collaboration with LAB DigitalPlural research group. The investigation takes place in two ways: the first, through the collection of data and information and contact with online courses on Social Innovation and Data Literacy and mediation of network interactions and shares. The second, by curating projects, analysis and public data and by dialogues in Human Rights, Gender, Diversity and Covid-19 and Childhoods in time of Pandemic courses in order to find and cross quantitative and qualitative data about the situation of the pandemic upon vulnerable groups in society. Thus, the intention is to understand the impact of the use of open education and digital culture for education, and, through data curatorship and analysis, the repercussion caused by the coronavirus in specific groups of society.
