SUMMARY:

There is a necessary integration between the search for knowledge and professional development, this search 

for knowledge for qualification is directly influenced by current needs, as in different industrial revolutions, the 

individual adapted their way of learning and applying knowledge in Industry. With the aim of analyzing the 

impact of the application of Learning Factory in the training of professionals in relation to obtaining the skills 

and abilities demanded by Industry 4.0 and the job market from 2023 to 2027, a systematic research was 

carried out using articles from the Capes and Scopus Platforms and case study of the skills developed and 

opportunities at the Smart Testbed UFABC. An approach centered on four scope groups: technical, 

methodological, social and personal allows students to be prepared for the job market, as well as bringing 

significant benefits to industries and society.
