RESUMO:

Museums through educational actions seek to excite and attract different audiences, but this has not always been the case. It was not until the twentieth century that museums began to serve the most varied types of public. Current science museums are made up of different typologies, it is important to highlight the role of zoos in the museum scene. In the XXI century, the focus of zoological activity has undergone several transformations alluding to the relationship between education, research and conservation that are currently pillars present in the institutional context of these spaces of non-formal education. The zoos to justify their existence and the relation of legitimacy that is maintained with education were based on educational actions, the re-signification of their social and inclusive functions, perfecting the commitment that the museological institutions adopted in their actions. The research aims to investigate what are and how they happen the educational actions of inclusive programs in science museums with zoo typology, trying to answer some questions: Are there specific educational actions for inclusive public? If so, how are such actions planned and how are the educators responsible for these practices formed? The present research was carried out at the Zoological Park Foundation of São Paulo and will constitute a qualitative methodological approach, associated to the characteristics that permeate the use of the case study method, as an instrument of data collection; we made use of semistructure interviews, partially flexible; the two interviews were transcribed, providing detailed descriptions about the educational actions carried out in the institution with a focus on the inclusive public. Data analysis will be based on the method of content analysis proposed by Bardin (1977). Preliminary results indicate information about the training of interviewees, conceptions and elaboration of educational actions carried out primarily for the inclusive public.
