SUMMARY:

This thesis seeks to present discussions focused on the Training of Anti-Racist Teachers, considering the field of Education as a suitable space for decolonization practices and resignification of knowledge constructed in the academic field. When we think about Education, we are immediately directed to a series of theoretical currents where discussions on the subject have their own characteristics considering the time and space in which methodologies and actions were idealized, practiced, absorbed, rethought and refuted. I make use of a methodology called Black Discourse Analysis that emerges as a subversion of the hegemonic discursive order, highlighting black academic research. It is worth mentioning that this methodology seeks to approach academic discourses in the most different geographical spaces, considering not only the meanings, but also the essence by which they were created and how they can be applied in Teacher Education. With this, I consider the place of black as a place of ancestral speech, with responsibility for what is said, as the speech is permeated with essences preceding my existence. Decoloniality is seen as a combative discursive instrument against hegemonic discourses. The speeches are words from crossroads, that is, all those that cross the street. It's in the conversation on a passerby's cell phone, as well as in the silence on street corners and the enchantment through the words that form teachers and students. Not left out in this research is the idea of circularity of terreiro ethical epistemologies as one of the countless possibilities for use and work in the field of Teacher Training and the applicability of this knowledge on the school floor. Black literature is seen here as a Literature of Representativeness, as a response to the absence of black discourses that can empower children, young people and adults through literature. The field of black Science and Technology was not left out and was valued so that the social imaginary about this field is no longer understood as a privileged space protected by Eurocentric or North American aegis. Finally, reflections on the use of music in Teacher Training sought lyrics that correspond to the reality of basic education students and that can be used as student training material. With this proposal, proximity between teachers and students was created based on the reality in which this group of students is culturally inserted.
