Teacher training is a constant process that is related to your experiences as a student until your training and work in the classroom, which makes it important to investigate and analyze your pedagogical practices, in order to eliminate the traditional and historical distinction between teaching theory and practice, or academic knowledge and practical know-how. In this teacher training scenario there is their teaching knowledge, important aspects of the teaching profession, which may be of professional, curricular, disciplinary or experiential origin, brought from their training, their experiences as students and/or teachers, or from reflection on their practices. and sharing with your peers. In this way, there will be practical training in dialogue with theory, and therefore, it is at school that a professional identity is built, in this environment teachers are trained. The theme of this research is inserted in the central question: “how reflective teaching practice in the continued training of Science and Mathematics teachers can contribute to a differentiated teaching practice, with a view to a critical and interdisciplinary awakening, enabling the (re)construction or still the (re)signification of your knowledge? Our general objective is to build an understanding of how reflective teaching practice can contribute to interdisciplinarity as a pedagogical practice in a process of (re)construction or (re)signification of teaching knowledge. In this sense, our theoretical assumptions are based on teacher training, teaching knowledge and reflective training processes in practice. The empirical research was configured as action research guided by the guidelines of the Design Science Research method. Considering that it is in this border space between the University and the School that such training must be thought of, we will seek to understand this process and its aspects in the reflective processes, in the (re)construction or (re)signification of teaching knowledge during the continued training of teachers of Science and Mathematics, based on an interdisciplinary work proposal. This research includes Science and Mathematics teachers participating in the Science at School Program, funded by CNPq, as subjects. The results achieved so far indicate that the participating teachers mobilized and developed knowledge related to the teaching profession, such as: learning to plan teaching actions that result in effective learning; learn to reflect and discuss their practices; commit to your own professional development; master the objects of knowledge and know how to teach them in a collaborative and cooperative way; become aware of their multidisciplinary conceptions as a necessary step towards interdisciplinary work; learn to work collectively creating collaborative environments; be willing to dialogue, be flexible and listen; learn to carry out constant assessments of their practices, reflecting on their actions and decision-making with respect and friendship. In this movement, the data collected and analyzed helps us to highlight the place of continuing education and its contribution to the personal, professional and institutional development of teachers.
