Designing the Digital Health Journey of the Adolescent: A SUS Referral Center's Perspective
In healthcare, digital transformation is already a reality, and the pandemic has accelerated this process. Furthermore, the screen time spent by adolescents with digital technology can be used to assess its impact on social relationships. In this context, the goal of this project is to use the human-centered design methodology as a channel for listening to adolescents and people involved in their care. The purpose is to assist with the process of proposing digital health interventions that improve adolescent engagement with their medical care. Towards that end, a qualitative study will be conducted in a SUS referral center using ethnographic study and action research to co-create a digital transformation plan for adolescent's care. It is anticipated that the findings of this study will benefit in the qualification of health services aimed at adolescents.
