General Information

The Neuroscience and Cognition program aims at the training of technically and scientifically qualified professionals for the development of research projects, scientific knowledge and technologies at the frontier of knowledge in the area of Neuroscience and Cognition, combining ethical conduct, knowledge and analytical skills from a interdisciplinary vision.
The candidates will acquire knowledge both in the line of research of their projects and in the other lines of the program, in line with the interdisciplinary characteristic of the program. The candidate must present an ethical conduct, independence and critical vision to carry out their research and in the activities related to the preparation for teaching.
 The egress should be able to exercise teaching fully, combining ethical conduct, knowledge and critical thinking from an interdisciplinary view; of acting in the private sector and public sector, laboratory facilities and health area; to contribute to the construction of knowledge and lead research groups in the area of Neuroscience and Cognition.
