Angélica Alebrant Mendes is a professor in the Center of Engineering, Modelling, and Applied Social Science at Federal University of ABC and collaborator researcher in Cislog at University of São Paulo Brazil. Angélica has a PhD, a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. In 2013, she worked as a visiting scholar at Rutgers University where she supported their Industrial and Systems Engineering Department researching in the areas of reliability and maintenance. She is currently researching in the areas of supply chain and logistics optimization.
