RESUMO:

The health promotion programs are important to improve health outcomes for adolescents, including advancements in their quality of life, functionality, independence, and equity. To achieve these results, is determinant to understand how the social surrounds among adolescents affect their understanding of a healthy lifestyle and well-being. We propose an innovative research protocol in the need of understanding adolescents by employing a student-centered approach, dialogical communication method with digital storytelling to guide us with building a telehealth network, developing its health information exchange, and supporting an ambitious roll-out of health information technology to help large numbers of adolescents through the development of school-based telehealth initiatives.
