RESUMO:

With the increased use of machine learning algorithms and the need to apply them to low-cost hardware, such as embedded devices, it becomes necessary to know which algorithms some low-cost hardwares can handle. This is necessary since it is not always possible to send the data collected by these devices to equipment with higher processing power. Therefore, the goal of this work is to present a comparative analysis of some machine learning algorithms, such as MLP neural networks and support vector machines, implemented in some low cost and commonly used hardware. The analysis takes into account the memory usage, processing capability and power consumption of each device when executing the selected algorithms.
