THE LAST CRISIS: THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CAPITAL'S ORGANIC COMPOSITION AND ECOLOGICAL DYNAMICS FROM CAPITALOCENE'S PERSPECTIVE.
The capitalist mode of production brings with it not only the construction and consolidation of an economic system, but above all a logic of functioning and organization of society, whose intrinsic contradictions to the development of capital collide with the functioning and maintenance of the Earth System in its metabolic dimension and their vital parameters. From that point on, capitalism ceases to be just a socioeconomic system, and can be understood as a complex socioecological process, whose contradictions promoted deep transformations in nature. Taking Jason Moore's idea of the Capitalocene as a starting point, we will try to identify how the organic composition of capital is related to ecological collapse, or, as you wish, to the ecological crisis.
