SUMMARY:

The main objective of the present work is to characterize the conceptions of development that were formed between 1990 and 2016, questioning the class conflicts that favored the formation of strands of development. It should be noted that an academic effort has already been made in order to contribute to the updating of the HPEB in which this work will certainly seek subsidies.
