AGENDA 2063 AND THE FIGHT AGAINST POVERTY IN AFRICA
Poverty has been the subject of discussion in the international literature because it is a phenomenon that still plagues many countries in the world. This concern was not limited to the academic field, but was also the target of action by several national and international organizations. African countries decided, after the founding of the African Union (AU), to build an Agenda (2063) that reflected the real problems of the continent, with this question as one of the focuses. With this, this work seeks to describe and critically analyze the proposals of Agenda 2063 of the AU for poverty reduction in the African continent. And for the fulfillment of the objective of the work, the method of bibliographical and documental review was used.
