RESUMO:

The economic inclusion of women is a major challenge in the 21st century. This paper aims to discuss the issue of labor reserves in contemporary capitalism, with the issue of the sexual division of reproductive labor at the center of the discussion. To this end, we intend to investigate the incidence of Conditional Cash Transfer Programs in the reproduction of labor reserves, with race and gender as analytical pillars.
