SUMMARY:

The present work is the result of the Extension Project Popular Insurgent Territories, a partnership between UFABC and the Central of Popular Movements (CMP), held together with the Laboratory of Territorial Justice (LabJuta). Based on the question of the leaders of the CMP "where are the youth? "the research seeks to understand the process of organization of the individuals organized in the CMP, trying to trace a timeline of their struggle trajectory, which agendas they mobilize, what their passions and convictions are that keep them organized in search of social transformations, bringing a generational cut in order to understand the difference a generation makes in the understanding of the struggle for rights, the main agendas they mobilize and the strategies they believe to be efficient to conquer their claims and how this can unfold within the organization of popular movements. The intention is to bring all the knowledge acquired throughout the history of these individuals as social actors who dedicate part of their lives to the search for greater socio-spatial justice.
