RESUMO:

The research theme is the Strategic Planning of Cities. The research object is the

Strategic planning of the city of Maringá-PR, which will be analyzed to verify if there is

discourses of financialization in the strategic planning made by consulting firms of

Auditing and Accounting. The aim is to understand whether these consultancies contribute to the

process of financialization of urban entrepreneurship.
