RESUMO:

The research aims to analyze and carry out an updated “radiography” of the Guarapiranga basin to contribute to the assessment of the dimension of integration of the management of the basin through the evaluation of one of its instruments, which is the municipal inspection and the integrated inspection, provided for in State Law nº 12,233 / 2006, and its Decree No. 51,686 / 2007, after 15 years of validity (2006/2021). Having a greater depth of analysis in the case study of the municipality of Embu Guaçu.
