In this work, we study the centroid G0 of vertices, the perimeter centroid G1 and the center of mass G2 of a convex polygon. Based on the relationships between G0,G1 and G2, we obtain a characterization for equilateral triangles and parallelograms. We enphasize the sutdy of the center of mass of a convex quadrilateral and present the
Altshiller Court’s new method for its determination.
