 The present research aims to understand the philosophical anthropology of Georges Bataille. We will start from the analysis of the author's anthropogenesis to understand the formation and processes of humanization from animality, including the appropriation of technique, the construction of tools, the formation of a community and the creation of interdicts; we will also study the relations of man with the interdict, transgression and the different forms of eroticism. In short, it is about studying the anthropology proposed by the author and its possible implications through the figure of the bataillean man.
