RESUMO:

The anthropization process causes impacts on the environment and the negative ones are the most discussed given the effect, among others, of the loss of diversity. When it comes to diversity, several concepts exist and that of functional diversity has been gaining ground in discussions, precisely because of the potential to provide a better understanding of the functioning of a community. Functional attributes were defined as described by Violle et al (2007), data provided by NeoTropTree and MapBiomas were used to generate data on functional diversity of trees, with 3210 species and 543 occurrence points, considering buffers of 5km , and land use and land cover both in the Atlantic Forest region of southeastern Brazil, and used the GLM analysis technique to estimate which functional attributes are favored according to each land use and land cover class, our hypothesis is that the more intense the use of the land, the lower the diversity of functional attributes.
