RESUMO:

This work presents an approach of the L²P (limiting loop
proximity) and an analysis of hysteresis curves emphasizing the
frequency values. For the construction of the work, a study is carried
out about the generation of the hysteresis curve and of several
hysteresis models, aiming to understand the behavior of widespread
models, such as Preisach's, which is very important for accurate
predictions of electromagnetic devices. In sequence, the way of
obtaining analyzes at increasing frequencies is described, which are
important for possible evaluations of losses caused by hysteresis as the
frequency values are high. Finally, a comparison between the Preisach
and L²P models is carried out using a bioinspired PSO algorithm
(particle swarm optimization), in which the latter emulates the
previously mentioned model, in order to obtain similar parameters to be
used close enough to the point of making the same estimate as the widely
used Preisach model.
