RESUMO:

This paper presents the implementation of a fault diagnosis methodology based on the
identification of the neuro-fuzzy model of a photovoltaic system taking into account the two
converter circuits (DC and AC). The proposed method was based on the application of fuzzy
logic with fuzzy residuals for the correct and fast detection of different types of faults. After
the detection, the diagnosis, isolation and classification of the faults involved are performed.
The results obtained show the good performance of the proposed diagnosis scheme. Finally,
the proposed method is applied to a SMA photovoltaic inverter.
