RESUMO:

Due to the diversity, heterogeneity and complexity of existing health structures, as well as the progress of population aging, increased chronic diseases and the emergence of public health emergencies, integration and development of health dedicated technological solutions is a complex process, but of great value to the population. Through the bibliographic review, this work will identify the convergence points between health and digital technologies, as well as between health and society 5.0 systems, in addition to proposing a system architecture based on ISO / IEC / IEEE 42010: 2011 and develop a maturity model to evaluate the degree of alignment between established systems and the proposed health 5.0 system, guiding organizations in decision-making.
