RESUMO:
This text presents partial results of a research that aims to analyze the diffusion of a new idea of university in REUNI Program. The investigation is structured from three dimensions of this discourse: its emergence, its diffusion, and its materialization. This doctoral dissertation pursuits to insert itself in the academic space with an interdisciplinary identity through a dialogue between the area of education in general and the history of education as well as with political science and policy diffusion studies, when we analyze part of trajectory of the Brazilian university and when we investigate the specificity of the diffusion of a Brazilian higher education policy proposing a reflection on how to consider the results of the process. Our exercise of the concept in a broader context of interdisciplinary it will be on try to develop this research bridging theoretical and methodological constructs of several knowledge areas especially Discourse Analysis, Policy Diffusion and transversely of the Education.
