RESUMO:

The work proposes an analysis of the relationships and perceptions of girls who have passed through the socio-educational system with different criminal dynamics in the State of São Paulo. Despite the advances gained and rights ensured since the creation of the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA), in 1990, one should not lose sight of the fact that socio-educational measures, a provision in the comprehensive protection doctrine, have a punitive dimension that collaborates for the incarceration of young people. In this context, a research aims to analyze the insertion of girls, passing through the CASA Foundation of São Paulo, in activities such as theft, drug trafficking, as well as their own relations with the First Command of the Capital (PCC), from codes and sociability available at the local level around illicit businesses. From a gender perspective, a search for understanding the social roles occupied by young people in criminal activities and how their bodies are permeated by different forms of punishment and oppression. Through discoveries and analyzes of life trajectories, we sought to understand the centralities that such activities provide, such as autonomy, power and belonging, while imposing precariousness, exploitation and gender inequality. In the sphere of institutionalization, it seeks to understand how new subjectivities are formed. Among the main conclusions, the research found that young women experience positions of power in criminal activities, however, always within the limits that the gender roles that society imposes. In addition, participation in drug trafficking includes secondary activities and, even when in leadership positions, they are subordinated to male commands. The influence of the PCC was perceived both in the forms of sociability of the peripheral neighborhoods in which they live and in the socio-educational units. Through the analyzed life trajectories, it was noted the presence of the PCC as a regulator of criminal activities in drug trade points and symbolic influence on the forms of management of socio-educational units.
