Application of design methodologies to promote innovation in the organization: a case study at Sebrae
The Digital Age has resulted in a series of behavioral changes around the world and seeking to adapt to this new reality, many companies go through innovation processes, with the objective of simplifying their processes, obtaining more efficiency in resources and achieving more results. expressive in their projects. At Sebrae, a Sistema S company, the context is no different. There is a great need to implement innovative projects internally and externally, helping the development of small businesses with innovative solutions. In order to have a complete and adequate solution for the organization's scenario, the Novo Sebrae Project was created, which is the design of the Sebrae of the Future. This project is based on collaborative innovation methodologies, such as Design Thinking and Double Diamond, based on the theories of Service Design, Consumer Experience Design and User Experience Design. It is expected that the results of this research allow to characterize how the practical application of the mentioned methodologies takes place in an environment of provision of public services, carrying out scientific documentation from ideation to project implementation, contributing to the innovation ecosystem and the environment academic, in addition to providing digital transformation at Sebrae SP.
