INTERSECTIONS BETWEEN MATERNITIES AND THE ACTIVE EXPERIENCE OF SEXUALITIES: women, mothers and singles
This research aims to discuss the exercise of women's sexualities, specifically those who are single and who are mothers. The approach used was listening to cisgender and heterosexual women. The proposal goes through the construction of motherhood in order to denaturalize contemporary stereotypes and with the understanding that there is no motherhood, but maternal experiences. As a methodological approach, the analysis uses theoretical contributions from the social sciences, psychology and thinkers who research women's history and reproduction. The choice was made to privilege works written by women, with the aim of valuing and making the researchers visible, contributing to the rupture of the story told by male hegemony. It provides for the carrying out of semi-structured interviews with women who use the services of the Social Reference Center – Eldorado, located in the city of Diadema. The hypothesis is that there are reproductions of violence, prejudice and stereotypes, in addition to taboos that hinder the free exercise of sexuality by women who are mothers.
