THE WAYS OF RESISTANCE TO PSYCHIATRIC COUNTERREFORM
The present work aims to highlight and analyze the forms of resistance that workers on the scene of a CAPS AD produce in their daily life in the face of the psychiatric counter-reform scenario, also thinking about the meanings and meanings attributed to this scenario of setbacks in the field of Drugs Policy, highlighting the high complexity of producing mental health care at this interface. It is delimited as a time frame for analysis (documentary and subjective) from 2016 to 2020, a period markedly highlighted as advances in Counter-reforms. Thus, the research was carried out in the municipality of Santo André, in view of the Andean experience in the development of the field of mental health and other ramifications during the historical growth of the city. Regarding the methodology, the research is qualitative, with semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis, drawing on the theoretical framework of Socio-Historical Psychology, Social and Human Sciences.
